Shipping policy
We ship to the USA and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We require the correct billing address to be entered during the checkout process; this is purely for the billing process as we employ address verification to prevent fraudulent charges. We cannot process an order where the billing address entered does not match the cardholder's address. If you address verification does not match, we will send you an email to advise you that your order has been cancelled.
Wolfies Roasted Nut Co. will bill your credit card for your privacy.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include the correct email address so you can receive your order confirmation. We will not send any other emails regarding your order and we do not share your email address with anyone else.
If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed regarding the backorder and once the item arrives in stock, your order will be shipped.
We ship with UPS or USPS.
Orders are shipped first in, first out.
A packing list located inside the shipping box will list the products that were shipped in your order.
** We strongly suggest a physical address (not a P.O. Box number) for orders of higher value so that the package can be signed for upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your billing and shipping information is entered correctly. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order.
An undeliverable package that is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be re-shipped only after we collect the correct information and an additional shipping charge has been paid. We cannot refund the shipping charge, as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers.
