Pistachios; Roasted, Salted, and Naturally Opened

For the pistachio lover, we dry roast and lightly salt our pistachios in their shells. Great as a snack or as a topping on ice cream or a salad.
Hint:  to open a stubborn pistachio shell, grab a discarded 'pistachio nut shell half' and stick the top of the small end into the partially-open pistachio.
